About this role

Gigamon, a leading provider of network visibility and analytics solutions, is seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team in France. As a Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market penetration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic relationships
  • Deep understanding of the IT and networking industry, with experience in sales of network infrastructure and security technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide insights to inform business decisions
