Your Role
We are seeking a Client Relations Coordinator for our Marseille office. Reporting directly to the Maritime Service Manager within the overseas agency, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation process for new clients in collaboration with various departments: Sales, Operations, Pricing, etc.
- Define transportation plans and create files in accordance with client expectations while ensuring coordination with relevant services.
- Ensure adherence to carrier strategy.
- Maintain gross margin by monitoring and verifying purchase-sales transactions and outstanding balances.
- Provide regular communication with clients, ensuring complete visibility of their shipments through collected data.
- Monitor client satisfaction and manage complaints as necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by adhering to SOPs and specifications, acting as operational support for client meetings.
- Participate in collections and ensure payment of receivables from clients.
- Regularly update information in internal systems, ensuring proper automation and quality of data reports.
Your Skills and Professional Experience
- Background in transportation/logistics.
- Recommended 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the maritime sector and mastery of incoterms.
- Excellent commercial relationship skills.
- Proficiency with processes and IT tools.
- Proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented, and a strong contributor of ideas.
- Strong adaptability to change, diplomatic, with good analytical and listening skills.
- Team spirit, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster a service culture.
- Professional proficiency in English.
