Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Development Manager to join our team at Flexis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the 3PL and Retailer sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate customer leads and build a portfolio of recurring clients.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Flexis' commercial strategy in your area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build a project sales approach tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Foster collaboration with the team to adapt and improve the solution offer to match customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to manage customer relationships in complex environments.
  • Customer obsession with a holistic view to build trust.
  • High communication and listening skills.
  • Engagement in sustainability transition (environment, health, and safety).
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work cross-functionally in project mode.
  • Agile and eager to learn and share.
