Job Title: International Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Key Account Manager to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a key member of our retail sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key retail partners in the automotive aftermarket.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and market share in the automotive aftermarket
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including negotiation and implementation of commercial agreements
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the automotive aftermarket
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communication, logistics, controlling, legal, tax, and business development to drive business results
  • Manage and analyze budgets, forecasts, and sales performance to ensure business objectives are met
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the automotive aftermarket
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in French and English, with a third EU language highly appreciated
  • Independent knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and project management methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose mutually beneficial solutions
