Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales: Collaborate closely with commercial teams to identify and respond to commercial needs, propose action plans, and implement them to contribute to sales growth.
  • Innovation: Feed the R&D innovation pipeline based on market knowledge and client/consumer needs, propose new product developments, and ensure our product range remains differentiated in the market.
  • Marketing and Communication: Support and apply the marketing strategy of the activity, propose initiatives to increase global volumes, enhance brand notoriety, and attractiveness, and participate in the development of value propositions and new product offers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Team player with strong relational skills.
  • Results-oriented with a 'Playing to Win' mindset.
  • Agile and adaptable.
  • Creative and conceptual thinking.
