Dailymotion Exchange is seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to join our Ad-Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing EMEA revenue through strategic partnerships and video inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Be the technical expert for our Content Managers, providing regular updates and best practices on video advertising technology.
- Act as the technical presales contact for player integration and onboarding new partners.
- Ensure proper setup for optimal ad monetization, including debugging issues with player integration, troubleshooting, and escalations management.
You will work closely with our Content Teams to provide best practices and optimize fill rate for EMEA strategic Publishers/Content Partners. This includes:
- Monitoring key KPIs and implementing action plans to address any drops in revenue, fill rate, sellable inventory, VTR, CTR, Viewability, and IVT.
- Providing reporting inputs to Content Teams to align on key KPIs.
As a Publisher Ops expert, you will:
- Be the technical presales contact for player integration and technical onboarding of new partners.
- Ensure technical advertising implementation for partners.
- Understand publisher needs and create the best setup according to their requirements.
- Troubleshoot partner integrations (Vast, Vpaid).
- Attend Content meetings and business reviews.
- Participate in Technical meetings.
- Share knowledge within Dailymotion Exchange.
- Ensure good communication across different teams.
- Escalate potential technical failures spotted within the operation perspective.
- Identify and build specifications on potential market needs requiring technical developments.
- Support the deployment of advertising product projects from a local perspective.
- Participate in advertising projects as a member and/or owner.
- Contribute to process creation and improvement within the PAO team and across Dailymotion Exchange.
- Proven experience in an ad-ops or technical account manager role within the digital advertising area from a publisher perspective.
- Strong knowledge of technical video market standards (VAST, VPAID, ad-serving, SSP, DSP, etc.).
- Good understanding of web standards such as HTML, JS/JSON, etc.
- Experience in the programmatic or video industry is a plus.
- Team worker with adaptability and resourcefulness.
- Ability to interact with several teams and handle projects of different nature (sales, product, etc.).
- Adaptability within a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize several projects at a time.
- Outstanding analytical and abstraction skills.
