Overview

The Culinary Stewarding Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence of our kitchen and dining areas. This position is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and organization of stewarding zones, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate a smooth transition between shifts to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Oversee the sanitation of stewarding areas and kitchen equipment.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
  • Monitor the use of cleaning chemicals, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Lead by example, motivating the team to adhere to established procedures.
  • Complete designated tasks within the kitchen, dining, or banquet settings.
  • Foster positive customer relations while maintaining high personal hygiene standards.
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks and daily reports on breakages.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with all departments within the hotel.
  • Provide training and guidance to stewards and daily staff.
  • Implement and uphold food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Practice safe food handling techniques and maintain hygiene standards.
Qualifications
  • Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within an International Hotel Chain.
  • Experience in a Luxury Hotel or international environment is preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to guest service.
