About the Role
The Uber Advertising Sales team is seeking experienced professionals to be integral members of our newly established Uber Advertising division. As a Client Partner for Advertising, you will be tasked with cultivating mutually beneficial advertising partnerships with our key collaborators in France. You will spearhead the advertising sales strategy for a diverse portfolio of brands spanning Retail, Technology, Finance, Travel, and Entertainment, while promoting the adoption of an expanding array of advertising solutions across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. Collaboration with our Ads Account Managers will be essential to consistently meet our partners' marketing goals. You will report directly to the Head of Ad Sales in France.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with your account manager to formulate and implement advertising partnership strategies that fulfill your accounts' marketing objectives and surpass quarterly growth targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives, as well as key decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Utilize critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills to navigate complex relationships and challenging partner discussions.
- Serve as a vital cross-functional collaborator across Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure we are meeting partner requirements.
- Drive the adoption of advertising products across our Mobility and Delivery services.
- Effectively communicate the value of our latest advertising products with a creative perspective to distinguish our offerings.
- Create compelling pitch narratives that resonate across our Ads team and stimulate growth for our partners.
- Be adaptable and ready to assist your colleagues in various capacities to advance our business objectives.
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform future advertising product development.
What You Will Need
- A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.
- Proven experience in selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and organizations.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that yield success for both our partners and Uber.
- A creative storyteller who can leverage data to identify opportunities and influence decision-makers.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, resourceful attitude, and a go-getter mentality. Comfort in a fast-paced environment and the ability to navigate uncertainty are essential.
- Full proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.
