Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by understanding their business needs, providing strategic guidance, and coordinating internal resources to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with enterprise-level clients.
- Lead the onboarding process for new enterprise clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the business objectives and challenges of each enterprise client.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each client's goals.
- Drive product adoption and usage within enterprise accounts.
- Manage the renewal process for enterprise contracts.
- Gather feedback from enterprise clients to understand their satisfaction levels.
