The OpportunityWe are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Sales professional, a driven individual who is enthusiastic about leveraging technology to tackle significant global challenges. You should be adept at navigating large organizations and managing intricate sales processes while remaining hands-on. A solid understanding of buyer personas and the sales journey is essential, as is the ability to define a clear sales strategy. You will be expected to gather and analyze feedback to refine our messaging for various stakeholders, from executives to developers. Collaboration with the Product Team will be crucial, contributing to feature design and essential sales documentation.
Your Responsibilities:- Identify and engage with large enterprises, particularly in the shipping sector, while facilitating an effective sales process.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain client relationships.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's business needs.
- Articulate the value and return on investment of Pathway's solutions.
- Manage client expectations effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior sales professionals to design a high-performing sales process, keeping the product's versatility in mind.

Requirements:
You Should Be:- A professional with 3+ years of experience in closing complex sales.
- Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experienced in working with B2B startups.
- Familiar with managing an average deal size of €50k+ ARR.
- Experienced in the software industry (preferably SaaS or IT infrastructure), with a long-term perspective.
- Capable of upselling and nurturing client accounts.
- Passionate about learning and interested in science and technology.
- Intuitive, with strong common sense.
- Possessing a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Respectful and collaborative.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Able to travel occasionally for client meetings.
- Experience in enterprise technology sales.
- Background in a rapidly growing early-stage B2B business.
- Knowledge of maritime shipping and logistics.
