Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the South EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Seismic's sales enablement solution to large enterprise accounts in the South EMEA region.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Partner with our sales engineering team to customize product demonstrations and architect solution packages based on client requirements.
  • Work closely with our customer success team to support value realization and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of sales enablement solutions and their application in the enterprise sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex sales concepts to C-level executives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales priorities.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
