We are seeking a dedicated Open Enrolment Programme Consultant to become a vital part of our Marketing & Recruitment Division. This is a full-time, permanent role.
The Open Enrolment Programme Consultant will engage with prospective clients and guide them through the array of open programmes offered by INSEAD's Executive Education. This role involves actively pursuing sales opportunities and diligently following up on leads to secure enrolments. Communication with potential participants and their sponsors will typically occur via telephone, in-person meetings, email, or other methods, assisting them in identifying their professional development objectives and recommending suitable programmes. The Consultant will also evaluate the appropriateness of applications to enhance the quantity, quality, and diversity of participants.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the sales process for Open Programmes, advancing candidates through the sales funnel to application status for a designated set of programmes. Ensure that enrolment targets are achieved by engaging with individual and corporate clients within the assigned opportunity pipeline in the CRM system. The majority of opportunities will be generated by the marketing team, necessitating proactive relationship-building and maintenance with prospective candidates through various means such as one-on-one/group meetings. Additional opportunities will arise from independent prospecting efforts, including strategic planning and execution of business development activities such as contacting previous participants and their sponsors, hosting online events, attending networking functions, and leveraging professional platforms. Maintain a high standard of participant quality and diversity for each session, which includes effective advising and screening when necessary. Cultivate relationships with corporate clients to encourage repeat engagement and broaden their use of our Open Programmes for talent development. Play a crucial role in capturing insights on sales activities, market trends, and pipeline data via the CRM system to inform leadership decisions regarding the evolution of the Open Programme portfolio and content in alignment with market demand. Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts to offer a strategic revenue outlook for the department and institution. Identify programme strengths and weaknesses in relation to market needs or competition, communicating findings to the marketing team and suggesting potential innovations or corrective marketing actions for optimization.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 4 to 6 years of experience in customer service, sales, or telesales. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy, while also being a collaborative team player. Strong customer service orientation, with a knack for developing service-driven solutions to client inquiries. Ability to communicate with diplomacy and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
