We are currently seeking a dedicated Open Enrolment Programme Consultant to enhance our Marketing & Recruitment Department. This full-time, permanent role will focus on engaging with potential clients regarding our Executive Education offerings.
The Open Enrolment Programme Consultant will be responsible for guiding prospective participants and their sponsors through the available programmes. This includes proactive outreach for sales, nurturing leads, and facilitating the decision-making process for programme suitability. The Consultant will utilize various communication methods, including phone, in-person meetings, and email, to assist clients in identifying their professional development needs and recommending suitable programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the sales process for Open Programmes, advancing candidates through the application stages for designated programmes. Achieve enrollment targets by engaging with individual and corporate clients within the assigned opportunity pipeline in the CRM system. The majority of opportunities will be generated by the marketing team, requiring the Consultant to build and maintain relationships through various channels, including one-on-one meetings and networking events. Ensure a high standard of participant quality and diversity for each session through effective advising and screening. Foster relationships with corporate clients to encourage repeat engagement and broaden their utilization of our Open Programmes. Capture insights on sales activities and market trends via the CRM system to inform leadership decisions regarding programme development and alignment with market demands. Provide accurate sales forecasts to support strategic revenue planning for the department. Identify strengths and weaknesses of programmes in relation to market needs and communicate findings to the marketing team for potential enhancements.Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. 4 to 6 years of experience in customer service, sales, or telesales. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Self-motivated with a strong sense of autonomy, while also being a collaborative team player. Customer-focused mindset with a knack for service-oriented problem-solving. Ability to communicate with sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
