As a Junior Technical Solutions Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver technical assistance and insights to clients. Your contributions will include:
· Technical Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Arrow's offerings, guiding clients in selecting the appropriate components or solutions tailored to their needs.
· Troubleshooting Skills: Assist clients in resolving technical challenges and provide effective solutions that align with their requirements.
· Design Support: Collaborate with clients to design and develop customized solutions that meet their specific criteria.
· Product Validation: Work with suppliers to facilitate product validation, ensuring compliance with client specifications and standards, including schematic reviews and pre-compliance testing.
· Team Collaboration: Partner closely with clients and internal teams to create and implement solutions that fulfill client expectations.
· Key Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between clients and suppliers, ensuring that client needs are clearly understood and addressed. This may involve providing development kits, reference designs, and component selection guidance.
· Cost Optimization Advice: Recommend strategies and techniques that can enhance the overall cost-effectiveness of the Bill of Materials (BOM) or improve part availability concerning lead times.

Candidate Requirements:
· Possession of a legal right to work in the country of employment.
· A bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field obtained within the last two years.
· Proficiency in both French and English (oral and written).
