Account Executive Job Description

As a seasoned Account Executive at Wipro Technologies, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth from large accounts in the BFSI sector. Your expertise in Application Services and Digital Transformation will be invaluable in developing and strengthening relationships with decision makers and influencers in the account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategy and planning to drive growth and penetration in the customer's business units.
  • Build and maintain a trusted group of referable contacts who can vouch for Wipro and ensure a balance of customer engagement across business, management, and operations.
  • Identify opportunities for growth in the account and lead account strategy and planning.
  • Mentor and nurture the next line of leadership in the account team.
  • Communicate progress against the account plan and other related developments to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure cross-geographic synergies in project management and delivery execution.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in managing big accounts in the IT professional services field.
  • Strong background in Application Services and Digital Transformation Services.
  • Fluency in English and French language.
  • Previous experience in managing BFSI Accounts.
