About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our European Sales team at Ultimate Products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major French retailers, including Auchan, La Foir' Fouille, Boulanger, and System UFNAC/Darty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow business with key customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at major French retailers.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business with key customers.
  • Strong relationships with key contacts at major French retailers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
