Job Overview

AMOREPACIFIC is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Manager to lead and drive the retail operations of our cosmetics brands in the European region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a proven track record in area management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all retail operations, ensuring stores are well-managed and meet performance targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and exceptional customer service across all locations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, particularly Sephora, to drive collaboration and mutual success.
  • Develop and execute retail strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from a business school.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retail management, with a strong emphasis on area sales management and team leadership.
  • Experience at/with Sephora or a similar retail environment is required. Regional or area management experience at/with Sephora is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
