Sales Manager Europe H/F

AMOREPACIFIC is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Manager to lead and drive the retail operations of our cosmetics brands in the European region.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all retail operations, ensuring stores are well-managed and meet performance targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and exceptional customer service across all locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, particularly Sephora, to drive collaboration and mutual success.
- Develop and execute retail strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Master degree from business school.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail management, with a strong emphasis on area sales management and team leadership.
- Experience at/with Sephora or a similar retail environment is required. Regional or area management experience at/with Sephora is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
