Job Title: Planning / Project Control Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Planning / Project Control Manager to join our team in the Project Management Office for international projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and setting up the project control system, issuing project control procedures, and supervising the coherence between cost control and scheduling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and setup the project control system according to project complexity, contract requirements, and risk analysis outcome.
  • Issue project control procedures, project WBS, risk and opportunity management plan, contract master schedule, internal control budget, and cash flow.
  • Supervise and ensure the coherence between cost control and scheduling systems.
  • Specify project control requirements to subcontractors and vendors to be included in bid proposal documents.
  • Set up and coordinate the implementation of the document control system and address interface system requirements.

During Project Execution Phase:

  • Maintain the project control system and ensure it works effectively.
  • Assess and report project status with reference to project baselines and control budget.
  • Measure progress, schedule, and cost forecast, and regularly review reflecting updated information and current trends.
  • Assess and analyze project performance, and report any deviation to the project manager and responsible team members.

Requirements:

  • Engineer with a focus on industry/mechanics.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Technical knowledge related to the projects encountered (Piping, Structure, E&I).
  • Proficiency in the use of PRIMAVERA or MS project software.
  • Sound knowledge of Pack Office.
  • Oil & Gas industry knowledge.
  • English mandatory.

Travel Requirements: Travel to project countries may be required.
