As a representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) in Hauts-de-France, we embody the interests of industry, commerce, and services before public authorities. Our mission is to contribute to economic development, attractiveness, and territorial planning, as well as supporting businesses. The CCI Hauts-de-France is the regional consular network's hub, with the following objectives: connecting businesses, developing their business; managing and developing major port and airport facilities, schools, and training organizations.

You will be part of the Entrepreneurship and Business Development team, reporting directly to the Director.

Your main responsibilities

  • Business Development and Support
    • Meet with entrepreneurs and business leaders to discuss and develop business plans for start-ups and existing businesses.
    • Provide personalized support to entrepreneurs and business leaders throughout the development process.
  • Event Organization and Training
    • Organize and lead workshops, conferences, and networking events to promote entrepreneurship and business development.
    • Develop and deliver training programs for entrepreneurs and business leaders.
  • Business Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze and evaluate business plans and proposals.
    • Prepare and submit reports on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Networking and Partnerships
    • Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities, government agencies, and business organizations.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and partnerships.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain business development records and databases.
    • Prepare and submit reports and proposals as required.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Master's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
