About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to enhance the growth and success of Amazon Ads.

Our advertising solutions—ranging from sponsored and display ads to video and custom options—utilize Amazon's cutting-edge innovations and insights to connect with and engage target audiences throughout their daily activities.

With a variety of flexible pricing and purchasing models, including self-service, managed service, and programmatic buying, these solutions empower businesses to boost brand visibility, increase product sales, and achieve more.

You will take charge of selling our advertising solutions and driving sales across various platforms to mid-to-large brand and performance advertisers, as well as their agencies at all levels.

Your role will involve full ownership of a digital advertising vertical, collaborating with both existing and prospective clients to ensure their long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's advertising opportunities and tools to create relevant advertising solutions for our clients while delivering exceptional sales and customer service.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as retail, account management, and marketplace.
  • Stay informed about the e-commerce industry and competitive landscape, including knowledge of rival product offerings.
  • Utilize Sales CRM tools to monitor all relevant account information and sales progress, as well as forecast and prioritize to meet quarterly quota objectives.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales/Marketing.
  • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the advertising, media, or agency sectors, with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales revenue targets through new and existing business.
  • Proficient in using Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar programs.
  • Strong attention to detail with a data-driven approach to delivering solutions.
  • Business fluent in English and French.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an international environment.
