Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our Amazon Global Selling team in Korea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Korea-based strategic sellers on Amazon worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with strategic sellers to maximize their presence and business on Amazon Global marketplaces.
  • Drive feature adoption and monitor sellers' healthy growth, performance, and product quality.
  • Own forecasting, monitoring, analysis, and reporting on Korea-based strategic seller business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience on Amazon.
  • Conduct business reviews with sellers and analyze sales trends to develop recommendations for business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor developments, and global business events.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience in sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
