We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation.
About the Role- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to expand our market presence and meet revenue objectives.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers, to expand our client base and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Business Development Expertise: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure continuous expansion and diversification of our sales portfolio.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Provide exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the company's success.
- Effective Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination for the timely delivery of products and services, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- B2B Sales Experience: Proven background in B2B sales, providing a solid foundation for understanding our industry and engaging with our clientele effectively.
- Food Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the food industry, enabling you to tailor sales strategies and provide valuable insights to our team.
- Sales Strategy Expertise: Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies, driving results, and delivering on ambitious revenue targets.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and articulate the value proposition of our products and services effectively.
