About the Role

As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for leading the agency relationship and delivery for one of our strategic clients in the beauty space. Your key responsibilities will include building and sustaining relationships with senior-level clients, becoming their trusted strategy, creative, and production partner across the entire customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive long-term growth and revenue for the client relationship
• Oversee and coordinate the production process for multiple projects between our international offices, pushing the usage of data and KPIs in all workstreams to make the work smarter and more effective
• Manage a team of direct reports that oversee the health of sub-clients within the account
• Manage strategy and thought leadership for the client, as well as deliverables and communication across the account
• Oversee client financials and account profitability
• Lead creative strategy and execution across multiple client deliverables, including platform, email, event, video, content, and other digital programs
• Lead new business efforts within the existing client account, including preparing new business decks, participating in discovery calls, developing proposals, and general follow-up
