Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Account Management to join our team at PayXpert. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through effective account management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers to ensure efficient onboarding, customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance and address any issues or concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account activity, performance, and profitability to senior management.
  • Identify and address any issues or risks that could impact account performance.
  • Develop and implement account management processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work with the business development team to acquire new clients and expand the client base.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Oversee the budgeting and financial performance of the account management department.
  • Ensure that all accounts are profitable and that revenue targets are achieved.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the payment industry.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement effective account management strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor account performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Negotiation and contract management skills to secure terms and agreements with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM (efficy) software and other account management tools.
