Role Overview: This position is pivotal in steering the strategic vision of Salesforce and other essential Go-To-Market applications and solutions, encompassing daily operations, maintenance, and the scalability of these systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Salesforce architecture and a successful history of overseeing and mentoring Salesforce development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the organization’s Salesforce authority, responsible for architecting, designing, and enhancing our Salesforce environment to fulfill business goals and ensure scalability.
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, architects, and administrators, guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality, efficient solutions that adhere to best practices, business needs, and industry standards.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce and related applications with other Go-To-Market systems, ensuring data integrity and effective workflow automation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement the organization’s technology strategy, aligning it with overarching business objectives and ensuring seamless integration of various business applications.
- Ensure compliance with standards and security protocols across all applications, protecting sensitive company and customer information.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of comprehensive experience in developing and delivering Salesforce and Go-To-Market solutions, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Extensive experience in guiding and managing Salesforce development and administrative teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales & Service clouds, along with supporting tools such as Gong, Outreach, and ChiliPiper.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce architect with a minimum of 3 years in the role.
