Job Title: Head of Sales - SMB

At Too Good To Go, we're on a mission to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy forward.

As the Head of Sales - SMB, you'll be responsible for leading our sales efforts in France, focusing on acquiring and retaining independent food business partners. You'll lead a high-performing team of sales professionals, motivating them to maximize their performance and work collaboratively towards our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and build a high-performing sales team
  • Lead the sales function for independent food business partners in France
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in the food sector
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building trust and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in French and English
