Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management or operations within a contact center environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytics and data-driven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
