Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer care and reservation activities
- Monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide training and guidance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in client relationship management or operations within a contact center environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Analytics and data-driven problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
