Global Sales Leader

Job Overview: Omi is on a mission to revolutionize the marketing industry by providing cutting-edge 3D content solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales to drive revenue growth and ensure the successful enablement, performance, and expansion of our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, both locally and internationally.
- Build and optimize our sales playbook, narratives, and processes, ensuring that all sales activities are properly aligned with our business goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and organization to achieve revenue targets and expand internationally.
- Develop and implement data-driven sales metrics and KPIs, and regularly report on sales performance to the executive team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive team to ensure that our sales efforts are properly aligned with marketing, product development, customer support, and other key areas of the business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful sales teams.
- Demonstrated experience in selling to MidMarket segment with a proven track record of using sales automation technology to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency, resulting in increased sales productivity and revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing and coaching high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated experience building and optimizing sales processes, playbooks, and strategies.
- Strong proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems, with the ability to extract insights and trends from complex data sets to optimize sales performance.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus.
- Experience working in an international environment and managing a remote team is a plus.
