**Key Responsibilities:**
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients across various industries.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Strategic Development: Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the client's contract logistics services.

**Leadership & Team Development:**
Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide leadership and direction to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

**Cross-Vertical Approach:**
Work with clients from a range of industries, leveraging a cross-vertical approach to offer tailored logistics solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customised logistics solutions.

**Technical Expertise:**
Utilise your knowledge of 3PL and 4PL logistics to develop competitive and innovative solutions.
Oversee tender management, pricing strategies, and RFQ processes.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
