About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at A2Mac1. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing technical support and guidance, and driving customer value and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build long-term relationships with assigned customers, providing technical support and guidance to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
  2. Analyze customer data to measure customer health and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  3. Collaborate with the account team to develop and execute growth strategies for assigned accounts.
  4. Manage account escalations and develop corrective action plans to prevent major customer issues.
  5. Drive customer value and product adoption to secure renewals and expand our customer base.
  6. Act as a technical contact point between customers and our product organization, ensuring smooth implementation of sales projects.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Software Engineering.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer services, customer success, or sales support in relevant industries.
  3. Experience in value selling and understanding of technologies related to our automotive products is a plus.
