Job Summary
A2Mac1 is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing technical support and guidance, and driving customer value and adoption of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, providing technical support and guidance to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
- Analyze customer data to measure customer health and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the account team to develop and execute growth strategies for assigned accounts.
- Manage account escalations and develop corrective action plans to prevent major customer issues.
- Drive customer value and adoption of our solutions through targeted training and support.
- Act as a voice of the customer, providing feedback to our product development team to inform product roadmap and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Software Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry or SaaS markets.
- Experience in value selling and technical account management is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
