Clearwater Analytics: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in the FraBeLux region. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build new business opportunities through consistent and tailored communication with prospective clients.
  • Source, prepare for, and participate in business meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Promote our products and services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives to increase net new pipeline.
  • Collaborate with closers to support deals as they move through the sales funnel.
  • Develop and maintain client information in our CRM database.
Requirements:
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and natural curiosity.
  • Competitiveness, passion, and drive, with a solid work ethic and motivation.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of successful experience in a Business Development or Inside Sales role.
