Sales Development Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by achieving targets for Renishaw products with end-user customers.
- Develop business through strategic partnerships with channel partners.
- Provide technical expertise to customers, implementing key projects to achieve sales and growth objectives.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to various levels of staff.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, offering commercial and technical solutions to customers' needs.
- Maintain a qualified pipeline report in CRM to ensure sufficient quoted business to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and trade events across the country and assigned sales area.
- Travel to potential and existing customers within the assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Utilize outbound calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings to engage with customers.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
- Proven experience in solution sales with expertise across all elements of the sales process.
- Experience with engineering products in B2B markets, preferably in industrial metrology, automation, aeronautics, electronics, or related fields.
- Strong commercial acumen and project management skills.
- Full, valid passport and driving license for regular travel.
- IT experience, including ERP and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for exhibitions and key accounts.
- Native-level French or bilingual proficiency.
- High level of English proficiency, both verbal and written.
The successful candidate will possess a keen commercial mind, be results-driven, self-motivated, and well-organized. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to influence others and work effectively in a team.
