Global Sales Enablement and Process Improvement Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Excellence Manager - Global Animal Health to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our Animal Health Division, you will be responsible for optimizing commercial processes and driving sales success.

Your primary focus will be on leveraging our CRM platform, The Hub, to enable a successful sales process. You will work closely with regional sales VPs to define priorities in the annual project plan and develop a distribution management program, including commercial guidelines and loyalty programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and recommending CRM and other sales management tools supporting the sales process
  • Driving and supporting development and utilization of standardized sales reporting tools to enable commercial teams to accomplish growth strategies and visualize key performance indicators
  • Developing and/or coordinating trainings and delivering them to support sales and commercial excellence activities, process improvement, and tools usage
  • Partnering with Marketing to develop the right TVD tools to embed in the sales enablement process
  • Assisting with on-boarding and training new sales talent on key commercial processes

Requirements include:

  • Fluent in English written and oral
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales processes, CRM/The Hub/Microsoft Dynamics
  • Understanding of Value selling and how to translate the value propositions developed by marketing into effective sales tools
  • Passion for the business in Animal Health
  • Master's degree in business or marketing
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of your time
