We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at HubSpot, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses in the region. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities using proactive and inbound selling strategies.

Job Responsibilities- Proactive Selling Strategies: Utilize your knowledge of the local market to engage with potential customers and build relationships.
- Inbound Selling Strategies: Leverage digital channels to reach new prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- C-Level Engagement: Develop and deliver presentations to C-level executives to pitch business change management opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast and manage monthly and annual pipeline, ensuring timely resolution of sales issues.
- Goal-Oriented Performance: Consistently overachieve on monthly and annual targets, demonstrating exceptional sales acumen.
- Standardized Sales Method Training: Possess training or certification in a standardized sales method, enhancing your ability to effectively communicate value to clients.
We provide a comprehensive compensation package that includes:
- A competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.

- 3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in quota-carrying roles, preferably in complex selling environments.

- Complex Sales Environment: Experience in managing large, complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives.
- Pipeline Management: Strong analytical skills to accurately forecast and manage pipeline performance.
