Aircall is revolutionizing the business phone industry, and we're seeking a driven and talented individual to join our sales team for the Nordics market. As a Business Development Representative, you'll have the opportunity to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role:

  1. Work closely with an Account Executive to identify qualified business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  2. Research relevant markets and gather key prospect information to inform your sales approach.
  3. Execute outbound campaigns via email and phone to engage with prospects and build relationships.
  4. Understand the prospect's business needs and highlight Aircall's value proposition to raise interest and curiosity.
  5. Book meetings with Account Executives and document all daily activities in Salesforce.
  6. Travel with the team to industry events and conferences.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Native fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, with bilingual proficiency in English.
  2. A willingness to develop your sales skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team.
