Job Title: Revenue Manager - Pullman Cap Town

Accor is seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at the Pullman Cap Town hotel. As a key member of our revenue team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing room sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to achieve budgeted RevPAR targets
  • Maximize revenue income from individual, group, and conference business
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and General Manager to discuss sales strategies and revenue growth opportunities
  • Analyze market conditions and trends to inform revenue decisions
  • Develop and execute a revenue growth plan to drive sales and revenue
  • Provide education and training to front office, reservation, and sales teams on revenue management best practices
  • Active role in forecasting and budget creation, as well as sales and marketing planning
  • Creation of a team-working environment that promotes morale, commitment, pride, and performance in the reservations department and the hotel
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and systems
  • Experience in hotel revenue management or a related field
