Description de la missionL'équipe DCX Core Team de Capgemini en France est responsable de :
- Assister au processus de vente pour de nouveaux programmes/projets, définir la portée et les ressources
- Engager les responsables de secteur pour définir la solution basée sur Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC)
- Apporter un leadership technique dans un contexte de grande échelle AEC
- Aider à la conception d'architecture complexe utilisant AEC
- Définir la méthodologie/les meilleures pratiques
- Former/encadrer les membres de l'équipe/ animer une communauté
- Soutenir les initiatives de marketing et les événements
- Aider au développement de la pratique.
- Soutenir les clients et les entités Capgemini/Solutioning dans la fourniture de la case d'affaires à travers les concepts AEC (contenu, marketing, données et Commerce)
- Assister au processus de vente pour de nouveaux programmes:projets
- Présenter les clients et les ateliers en apportant une connaissance approfondie de Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC)
- Travailler avec les stakeholders marketing pour mettre en œuvre les stratégies de personas, de parcours client et de données pour développer et mettre en œuvre les programmes de marketing automatisés
- Engager les responsables de la marque/Sector lead
- Aider à la conception/Architecture/Performance/Échelle/Extensibilité des programmes/projets AEC.
- Assurer la qualité élevée des livrables,
- Rencontrer/exceder les attentes des clients,
- Conserver un haut degré de satisfaction client
- Définir les KPI clés pour mesurer le succès d'un programme de marketing/initiative.
- Être capable de décrire et d'articuler la stratégie et la conception à un large éventail de parties prenantes tout en comprenant les impacts commerciaux
- Travailler sur les propositions de RFP (effort/coût/resourcing plan/timeline) et soutenir les efforts de proposition majeurs en garantissant une qualité élevée, une histoire convaincante et des prix et marges concurrentiels
- Établir un lien avec le responsable du projet/du programme pour définir les dépendances et la propriété des tâches, convenir des échéances et gérer les problèmes et les risques
- Facturation – atteindre les objectifs de facturation - 50%
Le candidat idéal possède :
- 10+ ans d'expérience globale en technologie, idéalement travaillant sur des projets de grande échelle à large portée (CMS/DAM/UI/UX/Markeintg)
- 5+ ans en Solutions ou Architecture d'entreprise
- 5+ ans d'Adobe Experience Cloud
Il a plusieurs expériences de la plateforme Adobe multi-cloud, Analytics & Target en soutien de AEM Sites ou Adobe Campaign + Audience Manager, par exemple.
