Position Overview:
As part of Wiz's broader Sales and Customer Success teams, the Customer Renewal Specialist plays a pivotal role in our customer retention and expansion strategy.
We are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and process-driven individual to secure renewal revenue and minimize renewal risks. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong business and sales acumen while prioritizing a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the renewal process from quote to closure, starting 120 to 90 days prior to the renewal due date.
- Meet or surpass quarterly revenue targets related to retention, growth, and contract term extensions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to evaluate customer health and implement suitable renewal solutions.
- Maintain and provide accurate forecasts of renewals within your assigned portfolio.
- Oversee the renewal process for multiple commercial clients simultaneously, ensuring organizational efficiency as we scale.
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary.
- Identify clients at risk of non-renewal ahead of their renewal dates and escalate to the appropriate teams to mitigate churn.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with channel and alliance partners to uncover and secure joint opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with Legal and Deals Desk as needed.
- Suggest and contribute to process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and renewals.
- Proficient in written and spoken French.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Highly collaborative, thriving in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven success in achieving renewal quotas in previous roles.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and pricing models, with the ability to quickly learn Wiz's offerings.
- Experience in SaaS revenue organizations, including Sales, Customer Success Management, or prior renewals experience.
- Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and ChurnZero.
- Confidence in navigating customer and partner renewal processes in accordance with Wiz's engagement protocols.
