At Nuvisan GmbH, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager Service to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Growth team, you will play a crucial role in promoting, increasing, and optimizing sales of our CMC Business Unit.
Responsibilities:- Identify and develop prospects to expand our portfolio of clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow our business.
- Ensure a high level of communication with clients, in collaboration with experts.
- Plan and follow-up commercial visits and roadshows.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the commercial landscape to identify and target market growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor sales and report according to defined tools.
- Implement commercial strategy and pricing policy.
- Ensure the RFP is created to best in class for efficient proposal submission.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
- Reach fixed objectives in terms of Order Entry.
- Education in life sciences (ideally chemistry, analytics, pharmacy, biochemistry) or equivalent.
- Functional and/or technical knowledge in the field of CMC services.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the CRO/CDMO environment.
- Natural leadership to help grow a customer-centric organization and improve Nuvisan services offering.
- Hunter spirit with strong resilience – willingness to grow Nuvisan's customer portfolio.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with networking capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial, with strong negotiation skills and team spirit.
- Excellent organizational and project/time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is required; additional languages such as German and French are appreciated.
- Based in Germany or in France (our 3 GMP offices are located in Neu-Ulm and Waltrop in Germany, and Nice in France).
- Willing to travel to visit clients and Nuvisan operational sites.
