Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Le Riviera Marriott Hotel la Porte de Monaco. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with the culinary team, management, and food and beverage service staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
