The selected candidate will play a key role in the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of our annual marketing strategies and campaigns for our product offerings. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the rapidly evolving healthcare sector and to make a direct impact on enhancing patient quality of life.

Position Type: Fixed-term contract

  • Identifying consumer requirements and pinpointing opportunities for new product development and enhancement of existing products to meet sales and revenue targets
  • Creating business strategies to capitalize on commercial prospects
  • Launching new products based on insights from global leadership
  • Overseeing product availability, sales forecasts, and addressing shortages or quality concerns
  • Collaborating closely with various departments at headquarters, including Legal Affairs, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales Support, Key Accounts, B2B, and Finance, to ensure that sales processes and after-sales services align with customer expectations
  • Analyzing and consolidating performance data for the assigned product line
  • Engaging daily in internal sales network seminars alongside sales managers
  • Providing technical and commercial assistance for products through the development and updating of marketing and promotional materials to drive sales
  • Planning and managing external events such as congresses or conferences in partnership with the communication and professional training teams

Candidate Profile

Requirements for Success:

  • Master's degree in marketing or a scientific discipline

Experience:

  • Prior experience in marketing or administrative roles is advantageous
  • Fluency in French: native or high proficiency in speaking and writing
  • Fluency in English: high proficiency in speaking and writing

Skills:

  • Strong motivation, diligence, exceptional writing and communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with diverse teams
