Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager France and Benelux
Job Summary:
Nobel Biocare is seeking a highly experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in France and Benelux. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue in France and Benelux.
- Lead the regional marketing organization and work closely with the global marketing management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing programs.
- Provide strategic market direction and work closely with all functional areas in the region.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and resources.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing and Communication or related field.
- Fluency in English and local language (spoken and written).
- Excellent product and marketing knowledge.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
Critical Skills/Technical Know-How:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (mainly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to manage given tasks and responsibilities independently.
- Strong communicative skills and presentation capabilities.
Critical Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience from practically leading a marketing department in a subsidiary of a global organization.
- Comprehensive practical experience from working with Digital Marketing and Funnel Management.
