Responsibilities:Be part of an operational contact structure for managing clients in case of difficulties, such as vehicle breakdowns.Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary.Ensures the success of support via chat or voice channels and/or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.Requirements:Total availability for shifts 24h 7/7Based in FranceC1/C2 in FrenchGood Knowledge of EnglishPrevious experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plusTeam spiritExtra information:Part time 30hoursThe role is fixed-term for 6 months with possibilty to confirm in the roleThis role is shift-based and requires occasional night and weekend shiftsPlease send your CV in English
