Job Description

Dans un contexte de forte croissance, la Division des Services et du Support Client recherche un/une Customer Account Manager pour entre autres superviser les activités du portefeuille Rolls - Royce.

La/Le Customer Account Manager des activités Services est garant(e) pour son portefeuille client de :
- La coordination des activités de services afin de remplir vos engagements (définition et suivi des priorités avec l'atelier de réparation)
- La satisfaction client
- Le développement de l'activité services
- La mise en place et la bonne exécution commerciale des contrats
- La tenue de l'ensemble des engagements (livrables, disponibilité opérationnelle et des coûts)
- La rentabilité (court et long terme) des contrats de service
- La représentation de la société vis-à-vis des clients de son portefeuille
- La trésorerie (gestion des créances clients)

Elle/Il coordonne de façon transverse les activités de la Direction Support & Service Client STS (engineering, MRO) en interface avec les autres directions de la société (direction industrielle, stratégie / commerce / programmes, juridique, finances) afin d'atteindre ces objectifs.

L'activité s'inscrit dans le processus composant SRV-04 « Piloter la relation client et l'exécution des contrats de support et de services».

Job Requirements

De formation BAC+5 type école d'ingénieur ou de commerce, vous disposez d'une expérience dans le domaine du Programme, du Commerce et/ou de l'Après-Vente, idéalement dans l'aéronautique.

Votre niveau d'anglais est courant et vous disposez de connaissances de base en finance (structure P&L, bilan).

Votre rigueur, votre sens du leadership, du travail d'équipe et votre capacité à coordonner une équipe transverse pluridisciplinaire sont autant de qualités que l'on vous reconnait ?

Vous avez une forte capacité à établir une relation de confiance avec votre client, à vous adapter aux changements dans un environnement de forte croissance de l'activité MRO, à défendre les intérêts du service dans un esprit de collaboration et de satisfaction client ?
