Dans le cadre de notre développement en France, nous recherchons un Partner Manager H/F en CDI sur notre site de Roissy en France (95) et Paris (75).

Votre environnement

Rattaché au Category Manager, vous établissez et développez une relation de travail forte avec les partenaires de votre périmètre auprès de qui vous négociez les meilleurs programmes de rémunération afin d’optimiser la profitabilité de l’entreprise.

Vous contribuez à la promotion des ventes et pilotez les activités financées à travers les fonds alloués par votre partenaire.

Vos missions

Gestion des relations

• Dynamiser les activités commerciales et faciliter les actions quotidiennes en lien avec le partenaire confié ;

• Être le point de contact privilégié entre le partenaire et la Direction ;

• Gérer les escalades de niveau 1 auprès du partenaire dont vous avez la charge ;

• S’assurer de la conformité entre les processus partenaires, ceux de Computacenter et les outils utilisés à l'échelle du Groupe, ainsi que de l'optimisation des processus internes si nécessaire ;

• Evaluer les indicateurs d'achat clés et mener les actions correctives éventuelles pour l’atteinte des objectifs fixés ;

• S’informer des évolutions stratégiques de son partenaire et fixer des ambitions de développement avec lui ;

• Elaborer et mettre en œuvre un business plan commun.

Support des ventes et gestion financière

• Optimiser l'aspect financier de l'activité ;

• Analyser et négocier des conditions d’achat favorables avec le partenaire ;

• Contribuer à l’amélioration financière des deals importants, en collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale ;

• Accompagner les Category Manager dans la mise en œuvre et les négociations des dossiers majeurs et complexes.

Marketing et gestion des programmes de partenariat

• Contribuer à l’élaboration du plan marketing pour promouvoir Computacenter ;

• Gérer les fonds marketing alloués par son partenaire ;

• Collecter des informations sur les divers programmes de formation et de certification pour les constructeurs et/ou éditeurs relevant de son périmètre ;

• Assurer la préparation et la diffusion d'informations à caractère commercial.

Votre profil

• Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée dans un environnement commercial exigeant ;

• Vous avez une bonne maitrise du marché de l’IT ;

• Vous avez une capacité à utiliser vos connaissances des objectifs commerciaux pour obtenir des résultats optimaux ;

• Vous avez un très bon niveau d’anglais (lu, écrit, parlé) ;

• Vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres, notamment pour gérer un budget ;

• Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques (SAP, MS Office etc.) ;

• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles et votre organisation.
