They are in search of a Partner Engagement Manager to facilitate the integration of new partners and enhance the enduring relationships established with their clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and targeting potential partners for onboarding.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process, promoting licenses, and formulating marketing strategies.
  • Fostering long-lasting relationships with partners.
  • Evaluating partner performance metrics and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement to maximize revenue.
  • Negotiating contracts effectively.
  • Leading negotiation efforts.
  • Strategic planning to devise a thorough partner recruitment strategy aimed at attracting key industry players.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years in sales.
  • Experience in Business Applications, particularly in CRM or ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with software solutions, preferably Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • A natural salesperson who is self-sufficient and driven by targets.
  • A relationship-oriented individual with strong account management skills, committed to maintaining ongoing partner engagement.
  • A collaborative mindset to work alongside marketing managers in campaign development.

Compensation

The remuneration for this position is up to €60k, complemented by an attractive commission structure.

Work Environment

This role is designed for remote work, with occasional visits to client offices.
