Le Sales Account Manager BtoB assure l'accompagnement d'un portefeuille de clients à partir de la signature du contrat et pendant toute la durée du contrat d'abonnement.

Ta mission

En tant qu'Account Manager tu auras la charge du développement du business auprès des grands comptes sur différents secteurs d'activité (Banque Assurance, Industrie, Technologies, Santé, Luxe, etc.).

Tes responsabilités

● Développer des relations durables avec les directions Ressources Humaines et Communication des grands comptes

● Manager l'intégralité des cycles de vente d'upsell et de renew jusqu'à la signature des contrats et la mise en oeuvre de la solution

● Détecter de nouvelles opportunités business grâce à tes clients existants (referral)

● Concevoir des propositions d'accompagnement pertinentes avec une stratégie d'upsell / renew / referral

● Coordonner le opérationnel de la solution chez tes clients

● Travailler en étroite collaborations avec les équipes Account Executive (avant-vente) pour assurer le développement du portefeuille en France

● Assurer un suivi et un reporting commercial complet sur tes activités et performances via notre CRM Hubspot

● Renforcer la structuration de nos outils et de nos process

● Participer avec les fondateurs à la définition de la stratégie commerciale
