As Amazon significantly invests in its e-commerce framework, independent brands encounter challenges in delivering a comparable level of trust and experience to their clientele.

They now face a critical choice: join the Amazon trend or risk losing customers daily. Bigblue is dedicated to assisting independent brands in this battle. In partnership with companies like Stripe and Shopify, we are empowering the direct-to-consumer movement. Shopify facilitates their online storefronts, Stripe streamlines payment processes, and we at Bigblue manage and distribute their products globally.

Founded in 2018, we have raised $18M in funding and currently employ over 110 team members across various locations.

About the Role

  • We are in search of a Sales Account Manager to propel our ambitious growth strategy: a highly empathetic and enthusiastic sales expert with a winning mindset and a positive outlook.
  • We are crafting the ultimate delivery experience for independent brands.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will engage with CEOs, Heads of Product, Heads of e-commerce, and Heads of Logistics from leading Digital Native Vertical Brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee prospects from qualified lead to closure
  • Develop business proposals, negotiate terms, and conduct product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to identify business opportunities within your pipeline
  • Manage responses to bids, negotiations, and finalize partnership agreements
  • Forecast and monitor your sales activities and pipeline to meet revenue targets
  • Focus on refining sales processes, commercial strategies, and tracking KPIs

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • A proven top performer with a consistent record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor
  • Ability to engage in complex discussions with C-Level executives
  • Data-driven and process-oriented
  • Motivated with a strong willingness to learn and a robust work ethic
  • Fluent in English and French

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Hubspot CRM
  • 1+ year of previous experience as a Sales Account Manager
